Pork Cheeks are a delicate, delicious, marbled, and incredibly deep flavored cut of meat. We lightly cure these and then braise them for you. Sold by the 1/2 pound

Smoked (prepared)

Sushi grade salmon, Achiote with notes of lemon. Sold by the 1/2 pound

ARGENTINE FIRED RABBIT LEGS & WINGS

We cooked these off over open wood fire to the rarer side so that they can be reheated to your desired temperature. 

SADDLE OF RABBIT

Braised (prepared)

Meema's Way; this is a family recipe. Rabbit is braised in herbed yogurt. Ready to enjoy after gently reheating. We suggest serving over rice with a bright green or salad. One saddle feeds 2 - 3 depending on sides.

Chinese Cut Pork Riblets Sold by the Pound (16 ounces)

These are the same beautiful ribs we serve at the restaurant braised in fermented black bean sauce. They make amazing classic bbq ribs as well. Bulgogi...any marinade or seasoning you would use on spare ribs you can use on these specialty cut bite size riblets. The ones offered here are RAW and ready for you to have your way with them. 

Beef Brisket (Braised or Smoked)

Simply heat this in a pan or in the oven at a medium to low temperature until it's hot. All the work has been done for you.
