Oh. My. Goodness. This was completely Jen's idea to start testing this recipe out and it took some convincing because of the prep time involved but...WOW! First, we thin sliced and pounded out Hunter Cattle Grass-fed Flank Steak...then we stuffed it with Prosciutto, Onions, Herbs, Parmesan, and Panko. It is seared and then braised in an absolutely decadent sauce with Mushrooms. The Arugula should be enjoyed with EVERY bite for that perfect refreshing balance. We did all the work so all you have to do is place in oven and gently heat back up with all that sauce.
