Build Your Own Pineapple and Prosciutto Pizza
Build and bake your own personal pan pizza at home.
It's not a Hawaiian pizza, it's a JenChan's pizza!
Chunks of pineapple and strips of prosciutto top our Pomodoro sauce base and are covered in mozzarella cheese, all on top of our house made pizza dough using our very own "Mama" dough starter 
Cooking Instructions:
Allow your pizza kit to come to room temperature. Your dough has been proofed and then frozen to keep it from over proving.  Make sure it has thoroughly defrosted.  Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Oil a baking sheet (preferably with olive oil) and spread dough to personal pan pizza size (not super thin and not too thick). Smooth Pomodoro sauce over dough with the back of a spoon leaving 1 inch of dough around the edges.  Sprinkle pineapple (and mushrooms if you ordered the vegetarian) and mozzarella over pizza, not prosciutto yet.  Bake 18 to 25 minutes. Oven temps may vary widely so start checking the color of your dough and melt on your mozzarella around 18 min.  
Once baked, place prosciutto on top. It is cured and does not need to be cooked (and would burn in the oven). 
Plate and enjoy!
