We marinate this duck in house Hoisin Sauce (Gluten Free) for three days, then we confit the duck low and slow for 5 hours.
Easy to reheat, delicious, fall off the bone.
Must Order 3 days in advance to allow time to marinate.
One whole duck will easily feed 3-4 people and can feed 4-6 people with plenty of sides.
